All operations are carried out to BS3998:2010 Tree Work - Recommendations and with full health and safety considerations. References available on request.
Services available include:
- thinning - removing small live branches from the tree canopy to allow more light through
- crown reduction - reducing the spread and/or height of the tree in a sympathetic fashion
- deadwooding/cleaning - removal of dead, dying or diseased branches for safety or aesthetic reasons
- crown lifting - raising the canopy of the tree by removing the lower branches
- branch removal - to prevent potential damage to property
- clearance - from scrub clearance to commercial landscaping
- dismantling - taking down in sections trees that are growing in confined spaces
- felling - taking down and removing an entire tree or thinning out closely planted trees
- windblown - making safe and/or remomoving trees that have blown down due to strong winds
- storm damaged trees - making safe and pruning to ensure survival
- stump grinding - removal of the tree stump and major roots
- stump treatment - herbicide treatment of tree stumps to prevent regrowth
We also produce reports, surveys and can help submit applications:
- reports - for property development and planning applications involving trees
- TPOs and Conservation areas - submitting applications for work on trees with preservation orders or in conservation areas

About us
Rob Dean has a BSc (Honours) in Environmental Conservation and Countryside Management. He is NPTC qualified and fully insured to £5,000,000 public liability. He has worked extensively in nature reserve management for Cornwall Wildlife Trust and was the main tree climber for Cornwall Habitat Management Services.
